Architectural Review Board	Current News DC HOA Board approves the updated ARB regulations (Sep 15, 2011) Click on Above BLUE Text to Read 7 MB PDF File Buena Vista Woods Magazine Winter 2012 Edition  (3MB PDF File) *  Buena Vista Woods residents Failure to Pay Dues Deactivates Pool Keys Any HOA member who has failed to pay their annual HOA dues have had their pool and tennis electronic keys deactivated.    Their right to use the HOA common areas have been revoked as prescribed in the HOA Declarations.  Members and tenants are affected.    Any resident denied access must contact the Property Manager to request reactivation of their key.   For your safety, if any member is inside the pool or tennis area and is asked to let in a person with no key or a key that is inoperative,  do not let them in.
