Architectural Review Board	Current News  Dec 2009 Crime Stats Are Here Buena Vista Woods residents BEWARE ! The rate of crime has increased along with the declining economy. Last year we had no reported crime. In December there were four crimes reported , and one a month since June.  We have had crimes inside of Buena Vista Woods even with our off-duty police presence.  Some of the crime is conducted by residents and are easy opportunity crimes when homes or cars are left unlocked. Please lock everything and report any one driving slowly, making many u-turns or walking where you have never seen them before.
